The 3-week Gymnastics "Hang Out" course (Saturday December 14, 21 & 28 from 10 to 11 AM) will help you improve all body weight hanging exercises on the pull-up rig.
You'll learn the skills and do the drills to get better at kipping pull-ups, chest to bar pull-ups, butterfly pull-ups, toes to bar, and bar muscle-ups.
Now is the time, a few months before the CrossFit Open, to add some focused practice for these movements.
There is no prerequisite, and the Gymnastics "Hang Out" course is open to everyone. However, you will get the most out of the course if you can do at least 1 strict pull-up.
