Part skill building pull-up workshop, part cardio boosting run clinic, all "Murph"! This 4 week course is designed to have you ready to PR the classic Memorial Day benchmark.
The program is intended for all levels. Whether this year will be your first time and you want to be prepared, or you're more experienced and aiming for RX. Maybe even with a weight vest.
Each week we'll work on pull-up skill and strength building drills, practice running, and try out different strategies for "Murph". This will help you develop the adaptation for all the pull-ups, push-ups, squats, and running in the Memorial Day workout, as well as wearing a weight vest, if that's you're goal.
