This course features 90-minute sessions beginning on Saturdays from 10 to 11:30 AM. The focus of this course is the Olympic lifts, the snatch, the clean, and the jerk. It is more in depth and hands on than when the lifts are covered in our Group CrossFit classes. The goal is for you to come away with a
better understanding of these exercises, as well as how you can continue
to progress each lift beyond the course, and, of course, have some fun getting
